No te preocupes por querer entenderlo todo. Escucha o lee el ejercicio primero una vez seguido. Lee luego la pregunta que vas a contestar. Vuelve a escuchar/leer  de nuevo el texto/audio/video buscando la respuesta a la pregunta. ¡Te darás cuenta que has entendido mucho más de lo que pensabas!

Don’t worry about understanding everything. Listen or read the complete exercise first. Read the questions that you will answer. Listen or read looking for the exact answer to the specific question. You will realise that you’ve understood much more than you thought you would!
